All hail the feet!

I would like to draw your attention to your wonderful but often neglected FEET!

These guys do a lot for you... The minute you get up they are working.

A bit of self massage here and there can help alleviate pain not only in your feet

but also at the other end of you.. in your head!

An easy way to promote healthy blood flow in your feet and work out any knots

or spasms that occur is to find yourself a golf ball and roll your feet out on it.

You can lean your body weight into a tender area, or you can roll the arch of

your foot over the ball.

Always work with the level of pain you can handle.

There should be some discomfort but never anything that is severely sharp or shooting.
